A big thank you to our amazing clients. As we are continuing to grow, we need to make a couple changes to make sure you get your order on time, with out errors, and as efficiently as possible! Going forward, there will only be one deadline day per week for both delivery days, Wednesdays at 11:59 pm. Starting with deliveries for Sunday July 7th, and Wednesday July 10th, all orders and changes will be due in by Wednesday July 3rd at 11:59 pm.

Making Changes

Update your order!
To make changes to your subscription you must:
  • Cancel the current subscription
  • Place a new subscription with your new meal selections
  • Make sure that you make your changes before the Wednesday 11:59 pm Deadline to be effective that week.

Canceling

End your subscription!
To end your subscription
  • Head to your account and cancel the subscription
  • Make sure you cancel before the Wednesday Deadline. All requests after this deadline will be applied to the following week
  • A reminder, all subscriptions have a two week minimum commitment. If you cancel before the two week subscription you will still receive your meals for 2 weeks.

Pausing

Pause your subscription!
To pause your subscription
  • You may pause your subscription for up to one week
  • To pause, email in to info@vancouvermusclemeals.com and request your order to be placed on pause, with the date you wish to resume your meals.
  • All requests must be made before the Wednesday 11:59 pm Deadline to be effective that week.
