Meals left behind after the assigned pick up day are not the responsibility of Vancouver Muscle Meals or the hosting location.

Please ensure that you refrigerate meals with in 1 hour after delivery or after you pick up your meals from a Vancouver Muscle Meals drop location. Failure to do so may result in food spoilage, or food borne illness.

For those purchasing split packages or subscriptions, we are unable to issue refunds. If you have to pause your subscription due to unforeseen circumstances you may do so for a maximum time of up to 8 weeks.
