- The goal of the “Healthy Habits” consulting package is simply to improve one’s quality of life through proper nutrition counseling and meal planning. Whether you are trying to lose weight, maintain weight or increase energy, this is the plan for you!
- This package includes weekly check-ins, bi-weekly Vancouver Muscle Meal plans and weekly health tips and tricks. Check-ins can be conversations via email, text message, FaceTime or phone calls. Check-ins can include nutrition education and counseling, goal setting, etc.
- NOTE: If you know the percentage of macronutrients you need to be eating (as prescribed by a physician or coach), we can accommodate into a Vancouver Muscle Meals plan.
