- The goal of the “Stay on Track” package is to help individuals who need help with nutritional accountability. One of the biggest challenges humans face with eating healthy is staying on track. Within this plan you will be monitored through the MyFitnessPal app. Each day you will track your Vancouver Muscle Meals/other foods (honestly) so that they are able to be seen by the Vancouver Muscle Meals nutritionist. You will be given a calorie and macronutrient range to stay within. The goal of this plan is to increase your diet consistency and learn how to manage your macros.
- This package includes weekly check-ins and weekly health tips and tricks. Check-ins can be conversations via email, text message, FaceTime or phone calls. Check-ins can include nutrition education and counseling, goal setting, etc.
